This publication contains the various sources of information required to assess the condition of ballast and cargo tank structures that are in service. It primarily addresses conventional single hull tankers. The manual is based on the experiences and practices used by members of the Tanker Structure Co-operative Forum, which is made up of owners, operators and classification societies.
