1 Frequently Asked Questions
1.1 DO WE DISCOUNT ANY ORDERS?

Yes, any order of $100 or more is discounted 10%. Just write in “over100” in the PROMO CODE below the Order Summary in the Checkout process.

Standing Orders (see Subscription Services) over $100 are discounted 15%.

We also offer a special “20-20-20” plan for fleets and schools – ask us for details.

1.2 HOW DO WE SHIP?

From our Philadelphia site to the Lower 48, we ship by UPS Ground or by Priority Mail, at our discretion.

To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, APOs and other remote U.S. locations we ship by Priority mail.

Some items may be drop-shipped by our vendors, by carrier of their choice...

In all cases we will send you tracking information and an estimated arrival date.

Our local or regional customers are welcome to come to our place in person to pick up their purchases.

If you require special handling or expedited shipping, please phone us or email us.

1.3 HOW DO WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

For any regular order of any size, our flat-rate charge is $11.50

If you ask for special handling or expedited shipping we will charge at cost .

1.4 DO WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY AND IDENTITY?

Absolutely. We give your name and address to the carrier, but otherwise do not pass on any of your personal information to anyone.

1.5 DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?

First of all, we try to minimize the need for returns by describing our offerings as fully and accurately as we can.

All stock items may be returned for refund or exchange if reported promptly. Sorry, but we will not credit shipping charges.

Some things cannot be returned, unless clearly defective: Print-on-Demand charts, Print-on-Demand books, Burn-on-Demand discs, or any software items.
